M\u00e9canique de Vapeur, ou CMV, est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rique qui consiste \u00e0 forcer l\u2019\u00e9vaporation d\u2019un liquide \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un compresseur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">L\u2019\u00e9vaporation se produit parce que le compresseur impose un d\u00e9bit, ce qui entra\u00eene une chute de pression dans un liquide d\u00e9j\u00e0 proche de son point d\u2019\u00e9bullition. Pour extraire la vapeur ainsi produite, la pression \u00e0 la sortie du compresseur est augment\u00e9e afin de surmonter les pertes de charge dans les tuyauteries et la pression du r\u00e9servoir de sortie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">La CMV fonctionne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en cycle thermodynamique ferm\u00e9, ce qui permet d\u2019en am\u00e9liorer le rendement. Dans ce cas, le r\u00e9servoir d\u2019aspiration est appel\u00e9 \u00e9vaporateur, tandis que le r\u00e9servoir de refoulement est appel\u00e9 condenseur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Pour permettre l\u2019\u00e9vaporation, le liquide doit \u00eatre chauff\u00e9 ; pour permettre la condensation, la vapeur doit \u00eatre refroidie. Ces deux r\u00e9servoirs sont donc syst\u00e9matiquement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur. Elle permet de g\u00e9rer les \u00e9changes thermiques et de mati\u00e8re entre deux r\u00e9servoirs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">La CMV est principalement utilis\u00e9e pour concevoir des syst\u00e8mes de gestion thermique tels que les pompes \u00e0 chaleur, climatiseurs ou r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un m\u00e9lange solide-liquide ou d\u2019un m\u00e9lange de liquides diff\u00e9rents, la CMV peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour s\u00e9parer le solvant du reste du m\u00e9lange.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Cette technique est largement utilis\u00e9e en chimie, et notre technologie pr\u00e9sente un potentiel d\u2019application dans ce domaine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Cependant, notre priorit\u00e9 actuelle est le traitement des eaux us\u00e9es, o\u00f9 la CMV permet de s\u00e9parer efficacement l\u2019eau
